Yeah thats when I saw it- Evo paper plates in the back gave it away. Its lowered too or getting lowered?

As for the chip, its definitely better and the placebo effect got tossed out the window when I did the runs on Saturday against heavier modded M5's from 30-160. The chip proved to be better with these runs.

 

How did you stack up to the M5's with the chip vs. without?

Yes, lowered as well, good eye.

 

I won 3 of 4 races with a full Dinan M5 and lost by 1/4 car length to another fully modded M5.

I have a pulley, scoops, and ECU. I actually lost TQ with my exhaust but the sound is to die for. So, all in all, I think the new ECU on my car is a winner.

 

What do you mean by full Dinan M5? I wonder if it was the same Dinan M5 I raced. Was it white, HRE C20's?

 

I dont what exactly full Dinan is for sure but this had:

Dinan Diff 3.91
Dinan section 3 exhaust
Dinan Intake
Dinan Stage III Software
Dinan Pulley 1
19” HRE Titanium Super light C90.

What was your result against the M5 you raced? Was it set up or just random freeway runs?

 

It might be the same car I ran, was it a white car? Is the owner an early 30's Armenian / Persian looking guy that sounds like he wants to sell you a cheap Italian suit?

When I ran him it was several runs set up and captured on video. Destroyed him from a stop (DCT launch control is ridiculously better than the US SMG) and we also did several roll on pulls. Still working on getting the video as my camera was not the one used... the guy started raising hell on M5board about things being wrong with his car and went to go get it dyno'd as he could not believe a stock M3 beat him.
