Which is Faster, Handles Better, and Overall a better car seeing how they have the same engine?

I don't know about performance, probably close.

but I would choose the e46 because it looks so much better and more muscular unlike Bangle's designs.

The Z4M is lighter with a much better chassis, but the truth is in day-to-day driving you'd be hard-pressed to tell the difference. If you're planning to mod the car, the E46 M3 has tons more options out there; the Z4M market is too small for most companies to bother with, and it's just different enough from the M3 for nothing to crossover.

The Z4 for pure performance driving. I had a Z4 (non-M), but now am a recent E46 M3 owner. I loved my Z but I needed the extra space (and back seat) the bigger coupe provides, so the M3 was a no-brainer.

Z4 M 100%. It handles and drives better than any M3 out there. Plus it is unique due to its very low numbers built. But honestly it is really your call.

id take the e46 over the z4m, but the z4m probably is better in handling/performance.

coors light or miller light?

The E46 is one of Bangle's designs.

He did the X5 and Z3 coupe, too.

true Bangle was involved with the design of the e46,

but not to the extent as with the e90, Z4, etc... you can tell just by looking at the e46 and e90.

E46 M3 is the better looking of the 2 cars IMHO.......It looks the more muscular of the two and has more presence.......Performance alone is too close to sway one way or the other. Either way, your a winner with the S54 Inline-6.....With that said, the M3........

Disclaimer: Biased M3 owner....
