Hey Guys,

long time lurker first time poster... Ive been looking at stepping into the early model e60 M5s but im hesitant bc ive had some weird electrical problems w my 545i (tranny surge/jerk at low cruising speeds; dash-lights and headlights flickering on-off sporadically; idrive not loading sometimes) so my question to you guys is are you experiencing similar problems? if not what are the common things to look out for with them? More likely than not id be buying one off warranty.

Never an issue in my E60 M5. Was actually very reliable for the most part. Just crappy gas mileage.
