Wow, I was very impressed by the performance of the e92. Couldn't believe it ran as strong as it did against mspired. That DCT must really help from losing boost through shifts huh? Congrats to both of you thought, awesome rides!

Great runs, both of you. Very close cars.

Hmmm...let's see, used M3 with Gintani S/C or used GT-R. App. the same price, very tough decision to make.

Also, an HPF setup at 23 psi (1.59 BAR) = a touch over 600 rwhp. How much boost do they need in order to hit 700rwhp?

Thanks for posting!

Same amount of boost in the race and meth setting to get right around 700rwhp.

Got it. More timing.

I thought the Stage 2.5 cars ran low-compression pistons?

So, even with reduced compression, the timing is pulled so much on the 91/meth tune that you lose almost 100 hp?

I'm not being critical by the way, I'm just trying to understand the setup. Your car moves out, regardless.

I've thought about this as well. I think they just want to play it a little more safe on the 91 and meth setting just in case of bad gas, ect.

OK, that explains it since a stage 2.5 HPF has run a 5.7 60-130.

You are forgetting the difference in compression ratios to hit 700 whp on built internals or stock internals.

No, I didn't forget. I actually had another point, but decided to let it go.
