I know of 2 in MD.

I wouldn't change anything since this is a limited edition and probably will be worth something if it remains original.

Even the special "frozen" versions have no factory documentation.

Many panned BMW for creating these 200 cars, but
doubt they would turn one down.

Are the "Frozen" versions limited production as well? I don't know if I have seen any.

This is the one I saw at the meet I went to yesterday.

The other one I saw had black after market Volk wheels

According to owners, some original "frozen" cars were special runs, however
they can also be special ordered as "individual" even today.

The "Fire orange II" color can be ordered as an "Individual" also today on the M3, but BMW made only the 200 and labeled them "Lime Rock Park". China got a version called "Tiger" and Australia got one too a few years ago. A "DTM" run of cars is now being released in Europe - like 54 cars I guess. All matte black.

The orange color started out on the approx 100 GTS M3 cars sold only in Europe I believe.

The OEM black wheels were available on 50 of the 200 Lime Rocks & this feature is specified in the original build sheet.

If (?) there is any future "collectibility" it will need documents to back it up.
