And I thought the IS350 was bland.... THIS is bland.
I hope the M3 turns out much more agressive...

Front reminds me of a pontiac G6 coupe, and the tails just don't do it for me...I'm not an anti-bangle, but this is out of line!
I really like the 5-6 series though. And the 3series sedan is not bad either, except for the interior.

Paul S is infamous around these parts
It's funny how the styling is considered bland. A few years ago, in the hubub over the new 7, then the 6 and 5, this would have been considered aggressive. Now it's bland. Remember the 3 series is still the core brand and must appeal to many tastes. BMW cannot afford to be too far out there on this one.
In any case I LOVE IT. I'll take a 335 thank you.

Sometimes angles make for a car to look bland in the pictures.
I was thinking the same thing about the sedan when i had just seen the pics. Now on the road, it looks pretty good. Esp. in black w/ the stock 18's

So the 328i = 330i in Europe? All the Euro-sites talk about 325, 330 and 335, however in the US dealer bulletin they refer to the entry level car as 328 . Also the 328 performance figures (6.2 sec 0-60) match the 330 nrs...

5 & 7 were a big step forward in style, good or bad. 3 is a step backward, to be safe. i like how the 3-series sedan looks. doubt the coupe will be worse than that. certainly the upcoming M3 will be hot.

even in canada they will have 325, 328 and 335.
in usa we will only get the 328 and 335.
328 is a bump up for the 325 and 335 bump up for the 330.
the market is getting competitive and bmw is stepping up to the plate.
late but not too late. if you have nay specific question, PM me,
the 328 is going to be faster than the 330ci.
I think the time is more like 6.1 0-60...
