Gary, why the switch to the turbos, and how do they compare to the supercharger?

I dynoed the car with the sc 3 times and each time it was between 201 - 207. The car ran very rich, on one of the dyno videos i did and posted on youtube you can actually see the back smoke at the high revs.

Through frustration I decided to take it off, in the search more power I came across the twin turbo set up.

If I had it all to do over I would take all of the money I have spent on the two conversions and buy a 3.4 upgrade.

In my opinion I still think dollar for dollar the supercharger / turbo upgrades are great bolt ons. They are reported to give around the same power as a 3.4 for half the cost.

I have not dynoed the turbo but i know the 6 lbs of boost come on around 3000 rpm and it feels faster than the 207 hp of the supercharger.

After I do the dyno I will update everyone on the results.

Ooooops! That can't be good.

Kind of like those shows where doctors accidentally leave stuff inside of patients after surgery.

Where do you dump the heat from the turbos? Is there an intercooler?

Yes there is an intercooler. It is mounted underneath the car. The install is very clean. I am doing some suspension work this weekend and will take some pictures.
