Anybody else have a noisy fan when it gets turned up past 1/2 way? It sounds like a low "hummm"... (but kind loud). Very loud when turned on high. Sounds like a prop plane ready for take off. Anybody have a fix? easy fix?

 

I have the same problem. I just havent sent it for service yet. I found another post on a different forum which said it could be a piece of insulation caught in the fan. I dont think its a do-it urself job, as the dash has to be removed.

 

I does sound like the noise is coming from behind the passenger side airbag area... I could be wrong. But it does sound like it's up there. I may check it out in the next few weeks.
