if i'm not mistaken, very little because electronic arts "need for speed" were the only ones allowed to include "ruf" models in their games. the newest game that i played that had porsches in it was forza 2 but it only had the 986 and the 987 cayman?

Are you kidding, you haven't heard of Need for Speed Porsche Unleashed? Alot of Need for Speed games had Porsche in them, just not the Boxster. The Cayman was somewhat badass in Hot Pursuit 2

i remember electronic arts were the only ones with the license to use porsche cars in their games till the couple recent games. in the earlier games of need for speed, porsche was renamed to the tuner company 'ruf'.
