I have a 987s MY 06, w/o bose and w/o CD changer that I bought about 4 months ago. I wanted with nav, but one do not chose equipment on used car so I had the original PCM w/ navigation installed.

The thing is that I will be moving abroad, so I will sell the car soon and I won't see the money I put in the PCM/nav back, so I'd rather sell all of it, GPS antenna, power cable to the DVD and fiber optic cable along with the DVD and head unit.

My question is, do you guys think it is worth to yank it out and replace w/ my CDR 24 or I should try to sell the car with it? Any idea of a price range for the whole thing (PCM, DVD, fiber optic, gps antenna, power cable to the DVD)?

depends on how much you bought the PCM/DVD module and parts. if you can sell it for more the $2500.. i say go for it

out of curiosity, how much did you pay for the total install?

 

Giving the fact that the Porsche around here is too "slow", about 5 working hours.

A lot of people go DIY with no problems, several guides can be found in this forum.

In order to fit my car options (non Bose) I had to spent more than I wanted fr sure, hence my consideration on selling it. I think i'll cut my losses and sell it for 2750
