Hello all. I just bought a 2002 boxster 2.7 and I'm picking it up tomorrow. I have been browsing this thread for a while now and decided to introduce myself finally. This is my first real car and I'm extremely excited. I picked the car up for cheap and I'm looking forward to doing some custom body work. My vision is to create a 993 GT2 body style on the boxster complete with those rivets and all. I'm thinking a carbon front splitter to resemble the bottom of the GT2 bumper that curls up on the sides that would remain unpainted. The rest of the body will be finished in a flat gunmetal color (think lambo reventon here) and i want the rivets to be chrome to really pop. Still not sure about the wing so I'm open to suggestions. I created a template in paint shop to work on concepts, and I thought I'd post it in case anyone else wanted to use it. Your thoughts (+ and -) are appreciated. Thanks!

I thought my idea was somewhat unique, but apparently RUF already beat me to it. They already have a front wing for the 996 as well as fender flares with that rivet look for the 997. At least it looks good....
