Ok, so besides me... There is one other cop on the planet that knows the details re Porsche spoiler deployment

FWIW, even if someone were aware of the technical aspects of the Porsche spoilers, that would not be probable cause for a traffic stop.

Wow via wiki Porsche is very close to break the law. It's probably more than 5% at speeds not legal on US public roads.

cfr 49 defines speedometer "reasonable accuracy" as +- 5mph @ 50mph. (although this reference is in the truck section, it is the only reference to speedometer accuracy that i could find)

I imagine that differences in tires size contribute most to the "error"
