LED Running lights installed

I just installed LED lights directly into the foglight surround on my 06 Cayman. It really updated the look to give it that modern LED look. The install turned out totally factory looking. I am very pleased with the results and thought I would post some pictures for anyone interested in this type of modification.

Looks great. That's one of the first things I wanted to do to me CS, but I put wheels on her first. Where did you get those from? Did you do the install yourself?

They were installed by a local shop here in NJ that someone pointed me too. They did the light install in the spars and I did the wiring. The wiring was simple and was done with a factory style connector. If anyone wants the name of the shop, just email me at gchopek@comcast.net and I will forward the website.

As far as brightness, they are pretty bright...especially at night. I have not compared them to any others so I cant say how they add up to others. They seem a dimmer in the pictures because of the flash I used. Without the flash on the camera, they were too bright and all you could see was light.

Thanks for the compliments. Like I said, shoot me an email and I will forward the website and more details.

Are they ON when the ignition is ON, or just when you have your parking lights or headlights ON?
