Question Touch up paint for Boxster center console

Hello fellow Boxster/Cayman owners.

Over the past year or so, the paint has started to come off of my center console controls. More specifically, the temperature and fan speed controls.

Some pics:

When this first started happening, I wanted to see if warranty would cover it; it doesn't. Now I am looking for ideas as to how to fix this problem. I've even contemplated using a sharpie .

Thanks guys,

Connor

SEM is a supplier for auto body paint.

I would get the parts replaced by dealer under warranty. Warranty should cover it.

Touching up with a brush will be ugly. Spraying will remove the icons on the **** and you'll need to prep the surface and mask the interior. If you decide to take these out, you can send to stickynomore.com or just get replacement ***** etc on ebay or dealer.

Not covered under warranty.

I'll look into the options you stated.

I think mine may not be covered under warranty because it's certified pre-owned....

I'll have to double check that with my dealership, as I think it covers everything a new warranty does.
