New to 6 Speed

New to 6 Speed
Just wanted to say Hi. I have been on a couple of other forums for a while and haven't had the chance to join here until yesterday.
So long story short I have an 08' Cayman S and picked her up for pennies on the dollar in my opinion. After I had it I sent it down to Miramar and the JL audio headquarters for a complete sound system overhaul.
The car had Bose but you what they say "No Highs, No Lows - it must be BOSE!"
I had the opportunity to meet the VP of sales for JL audio through another forum member and they had not done a stealth kit for the Cayman yet, so after some back and forth they used my car for the prototype. I won't get too long winded about it and might post a separate thread about but let me say that it is a 100% improvement in every way.
Some mods to her are the Fabspeed race exhaust and I picked up some Eibachs off another forum member that I haven't installed yet. the other stuff is just cosmetic, like the DeSnork and Red "S: badge!

Welcome to the forum. I like you, am still a newbie here. I ordered my first Porsche and was referred to this site from a member of another site.
Nice Cayman, that was my first choice but now that the 2013 Boxster S is out, I can’t pass up on a convertible.
JL makes some good stuff. I just had a kickass stereo built into a JCW that I just sold. I love their stuff.
