Someone on another forum was messin' around and joking about whether the spoiler really rose up and down.

So here's proof...

 

Glad its true. I cant see when I am driving. I asked my dad when he was driving behind when picked up the car but he wasnt paying attention. How do you like the other forum?

 

The other forum seems like it has more traffic.... but like 'em both. Kills time on a lazy Sunday.

But, Mark.... I noticed that you were on, umm, local roads when the spoiler went up!! Anyone want to "hazard" a guess as to at what speed the spoiler deploys???

Just teasin', of course.... Me? Yeah, I'm also "guilty as charged"!!

 

Yeah it has alot more on the new boxster. Since this one is combined. I actually started on that one and then came to this one.

 

I was driving my 05 Boxster this morning and the sun was shining perfectly to allow me to look back and see the spoiler go up and down. It went up at 75mph and dropped at 50. It has been driving me crazy since I got it if the silly thing even worked.

 

Very easy to watch them go up and down on the track. Take it out and give it a spin.

 

Missed VIR last weekend and still trying to squeeze in CMP this weekend. The PCA is running the CMP this weekend and I've never run with them. I run in the black group elsewhere and I'm thinking that since I don't have track tires for the Porsche yet, perhaps I could drop down to blue or white and use the street tires.

I wanted to get a little bit of seat time because it's been a while since I've tracked RWD car.
