DIY: Windshield Wiper Fluid Refill
I always enjoy reading threads that show how to DIY fix things on the cars so I thought I'd show you one I did tonight.
Tools Needed: None
Difficulty Level: Low
Time: 2 Minutes
Ever see this light come on and think, "Aw man, there goes another $1,423 at the dealership."
Well let me show you how to do it yourself.
First buy a bottle of this stuff:
Then open the hood:
Next remove the safety cap by pressing in on the sides:
Then locate the winshield wiper fluid cap on your car:
And remove it with a counter-clockwise rotation:
Carefully pour in the fluid:
And you're done!

hawc, you are awesome! But, I think I need a little more intense DIY. I've used my washers maybe once in 5 years. I think you need to do one where you flush out all the old fluid and replace with fresh. I'm afraid all that old fluid my damage my windscreen and paint.
