Although the 997S engine is brand new and we don't want to push it to hard. It has only been taken to about 5000 rpm, but so far it is amazing. The car is very responsive and pulls very hard. The car feels much quicker than a 997S that I just drove. Of course, the Boxster is a lighter car, so it should be quicker. The exhaust is only slightly louder that stock, but it has that race car burble when shifting. The new air filter and intake makes a lot more sound that gets even better under full throttle.

For pricing you will need to talk to Hans or Wayne at Ruf Auto Centre. 214-269-1570

I'm sure there will be big business for you in swapping the coming 380 hp " powerkit " 3.8L 997S motor into the Cayman S !

Ruf doesn't *ick around. They only use new crate motors from the factory for their conversions. I thought that I read that they also had a 3.8 motor from the GT3 as an option? Hmmmm.......
