Definitely the first one.

It has all the must haves the car needs to be the most fun you can have with it. PTV, PSE, PASM, SportDesign steering wheel....

It's a no brainer IMO

Thank you.
I like so much the first too, but I would much prefer the first option had too:

658 - Power Steering Plus
P9G - Infotainment Package with BOSE® Surround Sound System
603 - Bi-Xenon™ headlights with Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS)

and maybe too:
636 - ParkAssist (front and rear)
748 - Electrically folding exterior mirrors

Have taken another look at it. There are some options that are standard in our market or included in a so called "swiss package". So there are indeed some things you would like to have, that aren't on the yellow car.

636 - Park Assist is a NICE OPTION indeed, especially at the back. With the roof up, the visibility is to the back very poor. The front is nice to have, but necessary.

P9G - Infotainment package. I didn't know that package, but after some research I saw it includes the PCM and that is also a very nice option. The Bose sound system is rubbish. I have it on my car and I would never order that again. I would prefer the Burmester, although it is expensive.

603- Bi-Xenon headlights incl. PDLS. The Cayman S has standard already Bi-Xenon. This option only adds the PDLS system, which is a nice, but not a necessary option. I have it and I like it, but wouldn't be sad if it wasn't on my car.

748 - Electronically folding mirrors. I never use them, but when you park your car on the street it can be usefull.

658 - Power Steering Plus. This option is completely useless. It ruins the steering of the car. I don't have it on mine, but I drove a car with it and it felt a lot more numb. It makes steering at low speeds too light and only fades away above 80km/h. The car is perfect without it. I'm a tiny woman and I have no problem with parking the car. Standard steering is light enough.

The first car has some (in my humble opinion) important must haves, like PTV, PSE, PASM and the SportDesign steering wheel (must have with PDK, because of the paddles instead of the stupid buttons on the other wheel).

The second car has the infotainment package and the park assist, which both are ver nice to have, but you can do without IMO.

If you want a more luxurious car, which lacks some vital options to get the most fun out of the car, then the blue car is the best option.

Do you want to experience the 981 chassis at its best, get the yellow car.

Or wait for another car that has a combination of these options.... difficult choice.

Go w/ the bumble bee (yellow). It has the right performance options w/ the exception of adaptive sport seats.

Yes as others mentioned I don't think you want power steering plus option at all.

Yellow is always better than Blue. Just sayin. Seriously tho the yellow car is setup for sport driving fun. Plus has exhaust. The blue car seems to be spec'd to be a daily driver that is just used for comfort.

If you really want exactly what you want, do a custom build/order and wait for your car to arrive.

I'll provide a dissenting opinion. It doesn't hurt a thing IMHO, and makes the car a bit nicer to live with in parking lots and garages.

It does make the steering lighter up to 50mph and it ruins the steering feel below 50mph. I've driven with and without back to back several times and it really makes a difference in steering feel. I'm a 5'4" tiny female and I think the car doesn't have heavy steering while parking so it is definitely not needed. it's a sportscar, not a citycar.
Unless someone has fysical problems (shoulders or arms or something like that), the Powersteering Plus is waste of money and even worse, waste of driving experience.

Thank you all.

I read all the responses carefully and decided by yellow car.
Unfortunately import is not German, but North America.

The good part of the story is that in thirty days will be here in Brazil so I can enjoy a little.

The bad part is that if you use the exchange in value that I passed, will see how car in Brazil is expensive.

Now, we expect the arrival apprehensive of my first Porsche.

If they are curious, I use it to drive from the city of São Paulo - SP, to the beaches of "Ilha Bela", "Maresias", "Ubatuba" and "SãoSebastião das Aguas Claras" and a city on the ridge called "Campos do Jordão".

Hugs

PS.:
The good news is I got the yellow model with:
636 - ParkAssist (front and rear)
748 - Electrically folding exterior mirrors

What is Better Cayman S betweeen my two options?

Neither. Car 1 is missing all the comfort and audio options and car number 2 is missing all of the sport performance options .

Frankly I think the car already has enough comfort.
Although I have to agree with you. I ended up importing a version with a little more luxury than the yellow that was presented to me initially.

But at the beginning of my search for a sporty entry, I almost bought an Audi TT RS, because I think the sound of the engine and the exhaust much more beautiful. But my importer assured me that the TT RS will not be sold in 2014. So I ended up between these two models cayman, but got a third model, also yellow and with more comfort items.

Thank You.
