Many good DIY articles covering everything from the FRontrUNK release to polishing the exhaust tip here, on reenlist.com, planet9-9.com, YouTube... Enjoy the car!

Oh yeah, drive it like you stole it!

Also check out Pedro's Board. But make sure you spell Boxster with an S or you will really get flamed. Congrats on your new ride and many happy years of driving.

How many miles? They are susceptible to intermediate shaft brg failure but after a number of miles the problem is not likely to appear.

150000 miles on it, noticing a odd squeaking noise, but don't know where its coming from

You are 3 to 4 times the mileage at which you should be scared. If it didn't fail then, it rarely ever does this late.

I generally prefer relatively local cars that I can see test drive. I worry about buying cars unseen.
Also, having lived in the midwest, I worry about rust in cars from the snow belt.

Oh you should also think about joining the PCA and finding a local club. There's plenty to do from Autocross to fun runs etc...

Congrats! Awesome car. I had the IMS seal leak and repaired under warranty about 50K miles ago. I've got about 95K on my '01 986S now. You're going to love it. I still grin when I lay into it.
