Hey, what would be the best dash cam for the Porsche? Discrete and not noticeable but able to provide best video quality to keep the car safe.

 

Most people I know, including myself, use GoPro. I use it to record track days and auto-x runs. IMHO a camera in the car is not going to keep it safe. You can only point in one direction and it will be obvious wherever you place it in the car.
