After the 2023 model year all Cayman's and Boxster's they will be fully electric. Not something that I am personally happy about but it is what it is. With that in mind I decided to order a 2023 718 Cayman in Guards Red with black interior. Selected 20" Carrera wheels in high gloss black along with Window Trim and Window Triangle, Door Handles, Rear Wing and 718 Logo. Choose PDK with Sport tailpipes in black. Also went with Premium Package which includes Light Design Package, Power Folding Exterior Mirrors, Lane Change Assist, Porsche Entry & Drive, Ventilated Seats and Heated Multifunction Steering Wheel. Finished the build off with Power Sport Seats ( 14 Way ). Now for the bad news. The wait could be as long as 1 year due to Supply Chain restraints. At least there is a preliminary order in the system with no down payment until the dealer receives an allotment on this order. That should probably be in six moths but who's counting "uh me".
