Tints opinion?

I just picked up a Cayman S in carrera white. I was thinking about getting some tints on it, do you guys think it woudl look good...or tacky on a P car?

was gonna do 5% all around and 35% front.

FYI: This is MiamiBimmer from e46fanatics. Hi to all who know me from there! =)

We have a guy that we used to put a tint on our CGT. Did an awsome job. He is mobile which is good. If you want e-mail me and I will give you his info.

I also have a White Cayman and will be adding tints. I am thinking of a 25% though. I don't want them to dark. I think we need it down here in Miami it is to hot down here.

If you do decide to get the Cayman tinted, tint all the windows the same transparancy. I see so many cars with dark in the back and light in the front...so tacky. White will look gorgeous with a light tint. It really has a classy look and it brings out the white paint. IMHO.

Thanks for all of your replies and great opinions. I decided to go ahead and tint my cayman. I got 5% on my sides and i love the contrast it makes. I may still opt for 15% sides and 35% front later down the line though.

I'll be sure to take pics and follow it up ASAP.

Totally agree. I always go with 50% all around, including windshield. Never need sunglasses, yet not obviously tinted and not gangsta.
