Any good tips on launching a TIP(tronic) Cayman S?

Trying to get it down but can not get it to come out of the whole worth anything. Tried several different technics but havent gotten it down, sometimes it will bog sometimes it will push a little, and every once in a while it is decent.

So do any of you TIP owners have any clues or ways to make them launch harder?

thanks

Does using the brake cut the throttle in the Tip like it does in the manual cars? If it does, I don't know because the only trick I know to launch and auto tranny is to power brake.

i remeber when the 350Z's came out a magazine company figured a way to unplug the brake lights so that it would fool the computer and they could do a big burnout out for the cover shoot.. so i unpluged the tail lights..

first launch was VERY good.. Buuuuuut i think it was just cold tires.. next few felt like they always do...

so that didnt work..

nope, it cuts power to the engine.. or loosens the brakes and the car kind of leans forward..

Please tell me you didn't really do that? Your Porsche's ECU is not the same as the one in the 350z...

But to real advice... Brake Torque but the application process is trial and error with each car...
