Finally! A ridable folding bike that fits in the Boxster's trunk!

I've been working with Betst bikes for a little while on their magnesium framed 16" folding bike, and with minor adjustments we were able to find one that fits the front trunk of the 987 quite easily, and I'm testing the 986 trunk later today, which I'm sure will be just fine also, as it is deeper than the 987 trunk, slightly, and I'm sure it would fit the Cayman as well. The bike has a 3-speed internal hub, magnesium frame, aluminum components (for the most part) and rides about as well as a good quality 20" folding bike like the Dahon Speed 7. I was hoping to get one to fit the rear trunk but the only folders that fit the rear are the ultra-mini bikes that are not really ridable. I'm 6'2" and 210 lbs and this one suits me just fine.

I'm taking mine to the track, ride around rather than walk.

No sweet jumps. With my heft, it would bend the frame I'm sure.

Come to think of it, since it fits in the front trunk, it would also fit in the front trunk of any 996 and 997, too, wouldn't it?

Just found out they fit in a Corvette trunk also - WITH 4 spare wheels in the car! Lucky Vette owners...bastards.
