gluck with those exams
off topic guys,
but what Porsche performance shops would you recommend in Vancouver? Who's the biggest? Who has the best rep etc.
Thanks.
Hard to research the area and get feedback from people when you don't live there, lol

Weissach seems quite popular. There is also another specialty porsche shop located in North Van, called "Targa Performance" I believe. I have no experience with them, however they seem to specialize in vintage 911s, particularly vintage ones, although I'm sure they can also work on 996 and 997 models. Once again I have no connection or experience with them. I'm simply pointing out their existence.
Edit* Kaostik: Very nice cars and pictures!

Hey Kyle,
Those are some nice pics. Where did you guys end up going during that meet? I wasn't on the forum for a bit and then was out of town for a couple weeks. 9-10 cars is a nice turnout in Dec.
CatDog and Neeeenja - Deutsch Tech Motors in Richmond near Pacific Yamaha will be able to do a lot of the work on porsches. Hope that helps.
Cheers,
Sam

However if you need "tuning" done on the suspension I would go down to Fordhal Motorsports in Washington state, anybody who tunes cup cars, etc, must know what they're doing (Washington and Oregon Porsche club members swear by their service).
If you want to stay in the lower mainland try Rocket Rally, the home base for the North American rally champ many times over, plus even Cobb gets them to do their tuning for the Access Port as I understand. Their attention to detail and experience you just cant find anywhere else in Western Canada.
