I brought my car to Herb for the recalls and I asked them to fix my doors.

Here is the problem, the front two doors were bent somehow, I did not understand how that can happen, it just does not close properly. The service guy told me that he brought it to their bodyshop to get it fixed and they were not able to fix it properly.

Is it possible for IRA to take a look at my car? I really hope you can get it fixed. I do not trust my dealer anymore...

 

hahaha are u kidding me??? they cant fix your car??? Are they doing it part of the warrenty or your paying for it?

Stay away from Herb Chambers...their PIGS!!!! They ****%d up my car before..total idiots...

herb Chambers disapointed me also DEETZ, but at least other dealerships realize that they are jerks and help people like us out. I had to have Tulley BMW fix my tranny when Herb Chambers bailed out on me and refused to fix my car...,.Afie your a good Man! is that black pre-owned Turbo still sitting on the lot.

Hey Alfie - wait until you here what Chris nad Deetz uncovered about my poor TT - I am FURIOUS right now - its late so im off to bed but we'llchat or exchange e-mails later...
They also told chris there is a 4-figure bill for my car!! All i got was an alignment and removel and re-install of the PCM and other parts to be done in alu!!! WTF??
I might need a hookup (sweet deal) on replacing the autobahnd film on my front bumper should give you a hint of what the hell is wrong....

Oh no, what happened Mansour? I am sure I will get the full story when I speak with Chris tonight. Chambers is brutal, everyone who has been there seems to be disasitified with their service.
