957 Tequipment fit the 955 body?

Was curious if the fender flares for the 957 fit the 955 seamlessly? I like that its more subtle than the techart or speedart fender flares but still add a nice touch. And the fender flares for the 957 are much better than the meager 955 one's that barely looked like it made a difference.

What about their rear roof spoiler?

The 957 is the 2nd Generation (facelift) Cayenne. The 1st Generation (pre-facelift) Cayenne series is the 955.

So there you go - we have 955 and 957 series Cayennes.

I've been wondering if the body panels were compatible too. I do like the 957 rear spoiler/diffuser.

I didnt know that too, we learn something new everyday. What I would on my cayenne would be the electronic lift gate for the boot and the 21 inch cayenne sport plus wheels or 21 inch cayenne sport wheels oh yes and the leds on the front of the cayenne turbo.

I would like to retrofit the electronic lift gate but the dealership might spoil the cayenne even more..

lmao! No way in hell would I let them touch it. Its funny how they miss out on all these minor technolgies because I have a VW Touraeg too and it has electronic lift gate. Considering they were built on the same platform you would think teamwork is an important objective in their factories.

What a coincidence, we've got a 04 VW Touareg V6 too and its been problematic lately with the front suspension squeaking if you go over speed bumps.

They will let the liftgate remote lift up but not down. Shame on them for worrying about liability. I mean Lexus who is conversative allows for this feature. Come on Porsche get with it.

Since you can just hit the button on the lift gate to bring it down I wonder if it can be programmed? The remote will make it go up has to be a way to make it come down.

Electronic lift gate is pretty handy when you are faced in situations were you are handling heavy books, furniture and other items to load in to the car.

This is a interesting issue. I would like to know if it can be programmed so you can use the remote to close the lift gate since I have the 08 CTT with the electronic lift gate.
