I love Porsche for offering it... and it sounds like a blast. I would assume you'd want to lease it though, as I can't imagine what the resale for a manual Cayenne would be like in a couple of years.

 

I don't think many people would prefer a stick when buying an SUV

 

I would order a 6 speed.

 

White six speed,black wheels,black pillars and black roof rails.

 

I know a kid who had a first-gen X5 and put in non-recline able Recaros in it and it was manual.

 

lol, now he has the new x5 in 6speed..

I would order a 6spd GTS!

 

Those who buy this will have a hard resale on it but it would not be too bad as in most cars. It is definately for the enthusiant Porsche-fanatic more so than the average consumer.

 

+1 on the 6-speed ... I'd love a 6-speed manual. As it is, I manually shift the tiptronic tranny 90% of the time. I just love hearing the engine/exhaust notes! Gas mileage sucks though (I didn't buy the vehicle for it's gas mileage anyways).

If a manual tranny was offered with a CTT, I'd order it. Hell, if I could retrofit the CTT with a manual tranny, I'd do it.

 

We got one on order so far. I cant wait to see it!

We just got a few GTS's in the other day. I got a chance to drive the 6 speed and it was alot more fun then I thought it would be. Very easy to drive.

 

my salesman told me they discontinued the 6 speed option on US Model GTS's

 

We have a black one. They are offered in the US
