Wheels

Does any one know what it is about these 20" Sport Techno Wheels that makes them sooooo easy to clean (from brake dust)? Basically just a swipe with your finger and all of the dust comes off! On my BMW each wheel needs at least 20 minutes to get at least decently clean! Is it maybe something about the brake pads on the Cayenne? If there is something special about them, is there something to make it better on the beamer?
Thank you
