I hate to say it but you can very well be at fault for this. Two guys racing down the road, one car hits another car, why wouldn't you be at fault?

Sorry to be hard but it's the truth.

Police is smarter these days than what you may think, you can be 100% the other guy will rat you out. There's no loyalty among street racers. pray for that cop to be ok.
