Wood

Why does no one get the wood on the Cayennes? I understand that it takes away from the "sportiness" of the Porsche, but it's not like there is that much of it. I personally think the tan interior with all possible parts in the light wood is one of the best looking interiors offered.

Also, is the panoramic roof worth the money? How good is it?

i didnt get the wood cuz i think it's useless n waste of money.

i think the P-roof is worth the money because for 1000+ u're only getting a moon roof of a size of a license plate (so small that i donno y they make it.)

I'm 24, so for now i'm liking the aluminum trim. However, the other day I saw a black on black turbo, soft leather seats and dark wood, and I must say it looked very good. Very good balance between the power and "sportiness" of the turbo with a superior luxury aspect to it.

Ive never been a fan on tan interiors or light wood, but to each his own.

The Panoroof however is off the hook

I'm sure I'm in the minority, but I'd like to see a black interior with light wood. Had that on a Benz S55 Designo Edition and it was stunning!

I was bummed when my used CTT came with wood (bought it sight unseen). But after seeing it for the first time, I have to admit I love the look. The aluminum would definately look good, but the wood does look top notch. I'm a young sporty guy, loving sporty cars. So having wood that I liked kind of tripped me out.

I chose the Havanna/Sand Beige Smooth leather interior with the wood trim and the dark olive metalic paint. Have yet to see that combo on the road.

CPA4s, you're absoluetly right. I'm new to Porsche and I was amazed at the option list (and the prices of them).
