suncoast ipod

Was looking on suncoast and found an ipod hook up for a cdr-23. Was wondering if anyone knows if this is just another fm modulator or an actual hard line? Thanks

It is an FM Modulator, not a hardline. You set it to a station, and when you hit it on your PCM/radio it will show up as "AUX".

Not the greatest or most glamorous unit by any means, but it's what Porsche offers, so it's OEM and warranty friendly.

Steve, does this mean there is no difference than using a Monster Cable fm modulator? less interference?

Looks good too me. Whats the installation like? Does this work with a Sirus Stiletto 2?

It's probably less interference because it's not a wireless FM modulator like the Monster Cable one is.

The PDF installation instructions are too big to add as an attachment here, but you shoot me a PM with your email address, I can send them to you.

Ohh, and it will work with a Stiletto 2, or anything that has an audio out with its 3.5mm audio input jack.

Does anyone have this yet or know if the bass will distort the speakers like a wireless fm modulator will?
