Question I Need Help!!!

Hey fellas here is my problem!! I really want a white/black GTS asap!!! The question i have is a dealer is getting one in next month with most of the options i want the problem i have is they have the upgraded painted wheels!! I really dont want the upgrade wheels. How hard would it be to sell, trade or swap for the standard wheels?? Its a $2000 options which i can really do with out but i really dont want to wait any longer!!

Also fellas the dealer has one coming in next month with also the same options but without the upgrade wheels but its missing the enlarge spoiler. I'm trying to decide which one will be easier for me to change!! To buy an enlarge spoiler & have it painted or buy the one with the upgraded rims!! Please help want to decide & put a deposit down this week!!!

Have you asked the dealer to swap out those wheels with the ones you want from another Cayenne? They get a $2,000 set of upgraded wheels for free and you get what you want.

I negotiated the extended spoiler for cost with my dealership since mine didnt have it. That's the cheaper route to go in mind.

Jace my only fear is how the paint will match up!!! How did your paint match up? How much was you spoiler? I just call them & they quoted me 475 plus to get it painted!! Maybe they can throw it in on the deal i will have to see. The spoiler will be an easier process instead of trading the wheels!!

Wow, it's true. Exclamations are the new period.

Paint will match. In 2008 we have paint codes and with a new car the paint has not faded so that should not be a concern.

Just bet the car with the wheels and sell them on ebay and get wheels you do want. It's only $2,000.

My thing is how quick could i sell the wheels & then how much would the standard wheels cost. I saw them go for $4000 on ebay. If you say the paint will match then i will try & get the dealer to throw the enlarge spoiler in on the deal. I was offer 3% discount already.

You'll be fine with the paint as long as you go to a reputable shop in your area.

You should be looking for another 2-3 grand off as well. Especially if you did not custom order.

Your percentage off the car has nothing to do with what they will take off the car. That might even help you ask for a little bit more. They will give you whatever they are going to give you for the trade.

I do not work for a dealership but have plenty of experience with stealerships.

Although I would suggest putting a call in to Eric at Circle Porsche in Long Beach. I know he has been shipping cars all over the country let alone the world and can really give some good prices. If he can't get you a car I know for a fact he will be more then willing to help you with any info you may need.

Trade still does not matter. They will trade for and equivalent GTS.

Tell Eric that Brendan sent you. He normally gives 50% discounts when you drop by name....
