Question Griding Noise

Starting a couple weeks ago this started happening: only when im in second gear, and driving slowly (possibly in smooth gliding slow traffic, where you use the pedal for 2 seconds then let it glide, then again, etc. very gently), and it feels like somthing is grinding underneath the car for like 3/4 a second then goes away. This has been happening on a daily basis a couple times per day, and it is really starting to get on my nerves. Does anyone know what this could possibly be? If it is of any help I have had the transfer case recall done... really weird.

Come on guys try helping me out here-- I am unfortunately not going to be able to "duplicate" the problem for my dealer.. and being how lazy they tend to be they will just admit it as a crazy guy with crazy thoughts. It is really driving me nuts, just recently happened 5 minutes before I sent this message!

Any ideas at all?

Ryan
