If you order a new 09 with the BOSE system, the Universal Audio Interface, and with the Blue tooth Handsfree Phone Interface BUT WITHOUT the Nav, do you still get the touch screen, or not?

you still get the touchscreen, but it makes NO sense to get the PCM without Navi...

 

yep, and I don't know if they will have a retrofit for the NAV since it requires a single screw removal and an insertion of a ribbon harness. also get the sat tuner... same issue, but requires securing it to the circuit board

 

why would you get it without NAV? I don't understand people who are worried about the few dollars this costs. It ruins the car, and no one will want it later.

 

because that is the way some vehicles are ordered and come. not everyone wants it especially in the base model which they are trying to afford to begin with... then on the lot there is the one without it and someone says wow I like that color combination but it doesn't have... and we all know that there is at least 165 options for a cayenne between color/model/and interior color

 

Also, take for instance your SL63, people want parktronic on it and rear camera... what are you going to do? I have done numerous cameras on them, added video in motion, video input a computer, and front camera to it... oh yeah parktronic also... those features weren't offered in the beginning and some aren't offered now. Also look at the SL63, it already started to take the landslide depreciation hit.

 

it will have touch screen for the radio functions and channels etc.
