Electrical issue with the bulbs in an 04 Cayenne Turbo

Anyone now the fix to reoccurring front turn signal malfunctions on the Cayenne 04 Turbo. I have replaced the blub twice however it works for a few hours and is out again. Blub is fine and is the correct voltage. Then the other lights start having problems like the high beams and sidelights.

Maybe a faulty relay, or perhaps a ground issue.

I have the same issue with mine. But it's because the headlight assembly wasn't fully pushed "in" for a solid connection to the plug in the back of it. I may shim mine or something to move it up or try to tweak the terminals in the plug so it grabs the pins better perhaps. Just get out and give the whole assembly a shove and see how it reacts. I thought I had other problems but it was just that simple in my case.

Identical problem, mine is the right side only. Was going to eventually bring it back to the dealer before warranty expires. When I removed the headlight before, it looked like "they" had messed with the headlight unit before. (bought the CTT used)

+1 sometimes you get a fault message when all it is is that the headlight casing has to be pushed in a bit for a proper connection. One time I hit a pretty big pothole and both headlights when out. Got out, pushed them it, and both worked fine.

I cannot believe that is all it is... I have the same thing happening right now. I first had a problem dipped beam...
Then followed instructions and took the headlight out and tightened down the frame on the light assembly.
The problem is now solved and then the front right or passenger side blinker is now throwing a code and not working.. then working...etc.. It also seems to go out more when its cold, but at least the light still works

Well when I put in my new D1S 12000k lights I will try to do the pushing in hard to get a good connection...

Does anyone know what comes standard for the headlights on the 955 Turbo...?

4300k most likely. 12000k is ridiculous. You'll get a terrible light output.

There have been issues with the headlight mounting cradles becoming loose, and this will cause lots of intermittant problems. Some also can become deformed and must be replaced to perform correctly. One issue with the turn signal that has been known and updated is the bulb holder for the turn signal. Bulb is fine, but the holder can lose contact with the headlight and cause issues. Have also seen some low beam bulbs start flickering on cars with the HID lights. This will also cause an intermittant Dipped beam warning.

put the 12k's in today... they are great to say the least... The dipped beam deal has not came back on in awhile since I tightened down the housing , but now the right front blinker doesn't work all the time and goes out very very frequent

I've just lately started having the same issue. Replaced many bulbs in both headlamps in the last month alone! Tightened down everything today hopefully this will help. Great info guys thanks!
