Question How do you remove Cayenne lettering / emblem?

Does anyone here know a safe way in how to take off the acutal Cayenne lettering on the rear trunk? (My vehicle is black, if that makes a difference)

Thanks!
Mikhail.

Use dental floss or fishing wire, slide it behind the emblem and begin separating the emblem from the body panels. When done, use GOO GONE to remove the glue residue from the body. Good as new!

Also, a hair dryer on the lettering will help to loosen the glue first.

I used a lilttle heat from the wife's hair dryer and puleed off no problem and then GOO GONE as he says.
Then I reapplied wax/polish since I was not sure what the GooGone did to the protection.

You can also get the residue off without GOO GONE.

I used a bit of rubbing alcohol and car polish - achieved the same result.

I've done it with and w/o heating up the emblem/glue first, it'll just take a bit longer w/o as the glue is not as soft and pliable. You could blow on it for maybe 2 mins until the emblems are warm to the touch.
