Sorry JackN for using your picture without your permission, if this is where you got yours from, could you share your feedback?
I found the company site. http://www.dctms.com/product_ST_PCH_955.html
If the quality is good, maybe we can do a group buy or something...
not for me im afraid, i think they would look ok (ish) on a GT2/3 but not on a cayenne
at the end of the day we have an SUV....not a nissan skyline or subaru imprezza.
but its horses for courses.
im a bit of a purest when it comes to marques like porsche/lambo's & fararri, you can do so much to individualise your ride, but there is a fine line between "class" and "ricer" IMHO.
(stands by to be flamed)
carbon fibre was primerly designed for its strength over lightness, 2 things you dont require in our SUV's, so it can only be for the "look" which again is primerly "racer" which even my twin turbo is not.
so it atcheives nothing its ment too.
cosmetic looks are for the cosmetic brain IMHO.

Although I may agree with you on certain points, the multi billion dollar aftermarket industry disagrees with you.
Trending Topics
its very strong as you rightly say for sports/ricer or hi performance/cosmetic.....all styles our cars are not.
we are SUV/presteige/luxuary....(that happen to go a tad fast
)
I dont know if you know what you are talking about. But what I do know is that the cayenne has been the best thing for TechArt, meaning the magnum, then any other p car. Thus it is a strongest aftermarket car for TechArt.
I just had the OEM Carbon Fiber Steering Wheel installed, along with a few other interior CF pieces. The OEM CF is amazing! The quality is incredible, and I am very happy with my new steering wheel.
The MSRP of the CF Steering Wheel is about $1200, but I got mine for about $1000 at my local dealer.
My recommendation is go with the OEM wheel.....you can't go wrong!
I'll try to post some pics soon.

just search for aftermarket "products" for jap cars then you will see what "strong" realy is
techart is a porsche based aftermarket supplier...of course its going to be good for them (lol)
the bottom line is if you think it will look good on your car, then buy one.
there will always be a few who want the ricer look.
to me its like fitting 2 TV screens to the headrests of a 964 RS .....
