Techart Aerokit 1 install help needed

I am having a Techart Aerokit 1 with Xenon installed on my 2008 CTT. My installer has run into a problem installing the front spoiler and xenon lights. The lights will not mount into the bezel provided (see picture). You can see the lights will not nest into the bezel (on the left side of the pic) that was provided. The lights we have are part # 055.100.150.210, the bezel is part # 055.100.100.150. I'm guessing that one of the parts are wrong, however Techart has been very slow to respond. Also, I purchased the kit from Peter @ Wheelexperts and he is out of the country until Dec. 7.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Rick

Looks like it would not be too hard to fabricate a new bracket with some aluminum sheeting. Otherwise you may be able to cut the existing bracket to fit..?

for what techart parts cost you shouldnt have to do any fabricating.

But if my memory serves right I believe I have heard that their body kits have fitment issues.

GL with the install post pics when your finished!

Thanks for taking some pictures, if you want you can email them to me directly at rick@suntancity.com. It is amazing that Techart has no answers why I am having this problem.

It seems CEC is TechArt US supplier. I think TechArt always responds very slow, and sometimes they didn't even reply. While I was having Magnum bodykit installed, I send them several emails about fitment problem and lights, they rarely replied.
But TechArt's design is outstanding.

CEC has been very responsive, however they are waiting for Techart's response - which has been several days now. I would agree that the fitment and quality are exceptional, however the service from Techart is not. I would not buy again.

Another day passes, no answer from Techart. Unbelievably poor service.

Did you PM pearlcoupeg35
I'm sure his contact in Germany could help sort things out.
Pretty crappy though considering the cost of the kit - Of course you could mod it to make right, but then where is the money for the kit going? haha

yes, I have pm'd him. I just got off the phone with Peter @ WheelExperts and he is still working on it. The problem is with Techart - they can't figure out which part is wrong. I told them to just send me both and I will return the others. It is amazing how poor Techart's service is, I could never get away with that type of customer service in my business. Shame on them.

The parts are on the way, finally. Thanks to Peter @ Wheel Experts for his assistance with the matter.
