Steering - is this normal?

Had my Cayenne for only a few days, so not sure if this is normal.

The steering at speed (30mph plus) feels really light. Bumps in the road seem to be capable of moving the steering wheel one way or the other whereas in my old Audi TT they didn't.

Also, it seems keen to steer to the left or right depending on the camber in the road. Again, my old TT would stay true (within reason).

I'm assuming this is just because it's a heavy car, so a slanted road is going to cause it to steer into that direction moreso than otherwise, but I'd just like to make sure it's normal! Being that I'm in the UK and drive on the left, this results in me needing to constantly apply some force to the right whilst driving, which is not too enjoyable.

The reason is I'm already going back to the dealership about the creaking sounds around the pano roof, don't want to come across as being a difficult customer if I mention the steering.

While light bumps in the road does not move the wheel on mine, I do notice my CTT will want to steer to towards slope of the road. I thought the alignment was off when I first drove it, but will very slightly pull to the left or right depending on the slope of the road - probably due to the wide tires. It's perfectly fine on flat roads.
