Question Which summer 20" tires should I get?

I have a set of Gemballa Racing black wheels with 275/40(I think)/20 Michelin Diamaris 4x4 tires right now. I'm about to hit 20,000 miles and my tires are starting to look bald. They handle great and I would like to buy the same set, but I just checked the prices on tirerack and these run for $389 per tire!

Is there another tire you guys would recommend in this size that will give me a similar performance of the Michelin Diamaris 4x4 and that is cheaper? I live in Southern California so I am looking for performance summer tires.

Thank you.

kyeguy82 is infamous around these parts
i know some people run the 275/45/20 tire, the tires are actually cheaper too. once my 275/40/20 tire's go out, i'll be switching over to the 275/45/20's. and yes, im aware the OD is larger than the stock tire size.

I checked prices of 275/45/20 tires and they seem to be almost the same as the 275/40/20...

I am using the Bridgestone Dueler H/P Sport for summer on my 20s, 275/40/20 and have been pretty happy with them thus far.
