my p dealer installed mine, so i wont have any prob getting things covered under warranty there. Also it's a fairly straight forward plug and play install, you can always take it off before service.

My dealership covered all my repairs under warantee and know about my mods. Don't think this will be a issue but check with your dealership to make sure.

In MOST cases, an exhaust should be void your warranty. However, there are always dealerships are more lenient then others. I would take str8blst's advice and check with your dealer first. If they say an exhaust voids your warranty, I would consider looking for another dealer, because that may be an indication of their overly strict service policies in general.

I brought mine into a dealership and got denied service so I tried another and it wasn't an issue at all.

Thanks for the feedback. Just picked up some used pipes from a sixspeeder.
Will I get any stinky smell from these like when I put a cat bypass on my 95 cab??

I have had several things covered under CPO with bypass pipes with no issue. There is no smell as the primary cats stay in place.

they should not deny any warantee claims and if they do, they need to provide a writen response. there is legal precidence that forces the dealer to explain how the after market parts caused the failure. the burden of proof is on them.

google is your friend! now if for some reason, emisions fail, that would be cause for them to deny taking any steps to clean up emissions.
