Think of what your parents used to cover furniture in the 60s/70s and apply that to your car mats

Since Kirby is on the left coast and you are on the right coast, it would be hard to know if you and Kirby are smelling the same "smell"

The fact that LACayenne, you and your girlfriend all have the mats and all smell the same odor is evidence enough for me.

Kirby is the oddball, maybe DOES smell like the mats or maybe he has some fruit tart?

Exactmats
Kirby

hey! the smell is not that bad lately, I think its from the mats, but sometimes I get a similar smell when I roll down the window especially when I drive the car hard.

Its impossible for the 2ndary catbypass pipes to be making the A/C system smell badly. It has to be caused by some other problem. Perhaps the A/C condensate (water outlet) is blocked and or some type of mildew is on your filters or something. Sorry for the tardy reply.............just completed a BUNCH of new stuff & Videos.............. Let me know. Have a great 4th of JULY!

My CS is bone stock and smells musty also. I had the dealer check
into it. They replaced a filter which seemed to work for a short time but now it is back. I'll give them another shot next time it's
in for service and I'll repost.

To the one who mentioned the 20K helped the odor...Pollen Filter replacement...throw that in with some FrigiFresh, and it should help out tremendously, I've seen it fix more than one, at least for a while, I cant say if the smell came back, as I dont own it, but its worth a shot to start.
