please only post facts here...if you should resort to name calling your thread will have to be closed and I think that would defeat your purpose...I haven't heard of them (either company name)...sounds to me that the lugs they sent were too long and bottomed out before the wheels were snug
GT3 Chuck: I am warning other members of the poor customer service offered by this company and asking if anyone else has had similar issues. if you google search Euro Tech Luxury Wheels they have nothing but poor feed back on similar forums. I was unware that they were the same company till I received my order. There is no name calling in this post and only facts. I paid $120 each to have my tire switched over to these rims and balanced. The loose lug bolts could have killed me and my family if I didnt notice it and check. Had my wife been driving the car she would not have noticed and likely would have ended up with the wheels flying off. I now am forced to wait another week (go without the car or pay another $120 to have the wheels switched back). Obviously I am unhappy and do not wish for any other board members to have to be put in this situation.
I read it 2 times and don't see any name calling. It is good warning to other members. I don't think is a scam but just a bad company. If this happened to me I would definitely have some choice words and really special names for them.
after posting on several sites...I received a call back yesterday from UsaRim's Frank Blue, COO apologizing for the issues I have had and he agreed to overnight be a new set of lugs. It was honestly nice to hear someone at their apologize for the issues I had had and agreed to make an effort to help resolve them.
I had the Cayenne dropped off at my local Indy shop last night and hope to get to the bottom of this today. I assume we will determine either the wheels were not a proper fit or that the lugs were not proper. I will keep everyone posted.

I just want to add that I purchased a set of rims from this company also. They were shipped horribly. One of them had a huge gash in it. This did happen to be during hurricane Irene and there was mud all over the box. So UPS probably dropped it etc. Either way the packaging they were shipped in was a joke. They were boxes that did not even fit the tires. Picture a box with something too big in it, bulging out the sides
As for dealing with customer service. #1 they gave me a FREE set of lugs for my rims on purchase. This was before they knew about the damage. #2 after emailing them pictures of the damage they sent me a new rim right off and had UPS come pick up the old one. So In my experience I had great customer service. I actually was dealing with Justin also.

Thanks to Frank at USARim! He overnighted me a set of the correct lug bolts and got things taken care of. It ended up costing me more time and money to have tires mounted multiple times but the cayenne is up and running and there do not appear to be any issues at this time.
