Hesitation when switching to 3rd gear.. electrical?

Only happens when I'm driving lightly and at lower rpm as well

This is on my 05CTT

Have the system checked for codes. It might be something as simple as the gearbox ECU needing to be adapted or possible valve body issues.

I have same issues, I noticed that it stays on 2nd to above 2k rpm before it reluctantly shifts to 3rd. This mostly happens in city driving and seems to disappear after some highway time.

You may be low on transmission fluid. The fluid expands as it warms up, which could explain why the problem goes away after some highway driving.

I have checked the level and it's fine.

Mine goes away after driving for a while too.
Hope we can figure out the problem

I noticed one thing though it doesnt do it if the psm is off

fluid was low
