INSURANCE Quote...how much you guys paying?

Hi guys...being a new owner of a CS I wanted to see what everyone else is paying out there for their Auto insurance...I know, I know...if you can afford to buy a CS (even a Preowned) you shouldn't be asking about insurance ...but I'm just a cheap old bastard I guess...
To provide some details...

1. State Farm (for 20 years) and I'm in my 40's living in Miami
2. SAFE Driver record, no accidents, no claims
3. $1000 deductible
4. Standard Comp/Collision and base liability - A P10/D1000/G1000
5. PIP, Standard Property Damage & Bodily Injury
6. 2008 CS
7. No home or other items under policy (SF is not writing any homeowners in FLA)

The current quote is $126.00 per month....up/down a few dollars.

Really like to hear what others are paying for their CS around the country? Is it time to kick out SF? Or is the grass not as green on the other side?

I think deductible was the only thing I have concerned of, and I have $1000 deductible with progressive. Other parameters are similar, and i think i'm paying a little less than $600/half year.

I live my life by this motto: "The Grass isnt greener on the other side of the fence, it's brown both sides" mind you this doesnt include motor insurance.

I was with state farm and paying that for two cars... no history, tickets, or accidents. Switched to Amica and am now paying about a grand less a year.

The big deal is that State Farm is insanely cheap for the motorcycles compared to other companies.

It must be cheaper because of the state you live in Colorado? I know location definitely makes a difference...even going from one part of town to the other side can affect premiums.

Well.....it went from $753 every 6 months to $587 every 6 months when I told them to apply the 7500 miles or less per year discount.

I asked my agents office what do they do for long time customers such as myself when we present competing quotes from other insurance companies.....she mentioned that a benefit I have is guaranteed no-cancellation for 10 years of being accident free....she said some other companies will renew you, then later on cancel your policy even if you had 1 accident.

Sadly...I wanted to hear something else....

So I guess even $753 every 6 months is not to bad for this type of car and living in downtown of an accident prone city like Miami...where we have a greater amount of immigrant drivers running around as well as texting teenagers and tourists. I gotta move out to Colorado!

Fwiw, I think the CTT is about $90 a month of that total, the S6 just short of that and all the rest get special treatment.

When you say "glass" ... it that an extra rider state farm offers for for windshield cracks or broken glass?

I have two teenagers. One of them has been in multiple accidents. You don't even want to know what my rates are!
