Probably. Maybe. Might. But it depends on what audio systems are in the Cayenne and the Carrera, and that information is sadly lacking from your post.

What sort of interface is on the Carrera? The Carrera is probably PCM 2.1 - which can use a variety of aftermarket interfaces. The 2004 is PCM 2.0 - which limits which ones can be used.

You'll have to use a product like the ones offered by Mobridge or Denison. The 2004 Cayenne used PCM 2.0, which is the CD-based system. If your Cayenne was equipped with the "telephone prep" option, then you can use the Bluetooth functionality offered by these products. You can tell if you have this option if you have telephone buttons on the head unit. If not, then you can still use it for your iPod connection.

If you go to Suncoast Porsche Parts, they are offering an FM-modulated unit that would work for the Cayenne for iPod connectivity also.

Good luck!
