G'day all,

Just bought a 08 Cayenne Turbo with 'per docs/receipt' a full Gemballa exhaust system. Questions is, anyone out there know how much HP the exhaust system actually adds to the 500BHP or at least thereabouts?

Nice CTT! I like the color. An aftermarket muffler by itself will not add much hp. My guess is around +15 hp. If you replace the entire exhaust system from the turbos, back to exhaust tips, then you will see much more of a gain.

 

Cheers for the info mate. Yeh from what I can tell after taking a look, I reckon the exhaust system goes all the way into the engine/turbo. I've been in a few CT but this honestly feels to have much more punch to it. Thx again!

Even though there would not be a significant increase in power, it should have an awesome sound! If you can, post a video clip with sound of the exhaust.

Thanks for the info mate, I'm presently trying to find a shop in Qatar that can conduct HP testing, really interested to see how much it actually adds. It does sound awesome, gorgeous deep rumble which sounds bloody amazing in full sports mode. I'll get around to making a video and will post in a few days.

Great video! The tone is higher than I though it would be. I thought it would be deeper. I think that is due to the phone. Nice recovery on the drop!

I love that color. My friend/coworker has an 04 S the same color I found for him in Houston. He had to have something that matched his boat.

 

Nice CTT! That's a nice plus finding one that's had the exhaust done already. Sounds great!

 

gonna guess there are no cats in that system! definitely going to make more power. sounds great.
