I don't know if there would be a whole lot of difference between flowmaster and magnaflow. They are probably very similar in build design so should sound close I'd think.

I bet they would be similar but I would go with the magnaflow based on it being straight through designed.

jdubbya, you should also try out the race/delete primaries when you to the secondary bypass. I believe it would be good and loud then.

My Sebring Tuning exhaust has a ferocious, deep growl. A Jeep Cherokee SRT8 owner even complimented on it...

It looks like Flowmaster doesn't have a similar design. The Magnaflow is pretty simple really it's just a perforated pipe going through the middle of the thing.

Not sure I'm gonna go that far. I just want it to have a nice healthy sound to it like it should. Well, opening it up to breath better doesn't hurt either!

Do you have secondary bypass/delete pipes? I'm thinking that is really the key to getting the sound I'm looking for. Do you have any sound clips of it?

Check out youtube there are many an hour of clips with before and after. I know of one brand that has the before and after on the same video, wouldnt buy their product but I figure vehicle with same pipe replaced should have similar sound.

Watch out for fvd. Good customer service and shipping times but you will have to cut down the exhaust hangers. Only the passenger side was to long and rubs and rattles against frame. I still have to get back under and fix mine. Email them but no response they got there money typical.

If you have the money, and by money I mean $$$$$$$$$$. Get an Akrapovic muffler. I heard one of those and it sounded like heaven. There are a few clips on youtube. The sound it makes while the revs are falling shifting gears is like budda(butter).

Do they make a muffler for the 955? I haven't seen where they sell them.

They make great stuff but yeah, VERY spendy. I'm sure with enough dough you could have them make whatever you want!

Had a couple people last weekend comment on the sound of mine being like a jet. See if this works, me at about :24 in doing about 100+mph. https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=849348361743370
